Innovation Maxicare is continuously striving to offer the best possible product at the best possible price, and as always we are leading the industry with innovative value added services.
Based on feedback from the market place, and for also simplicity; a new alternative structure has been applied to our domestic warranty products. Three distinct, but complementary, package-deal products are now available in our Home Unlimited product. This is an annual policy, payable monthly by debit order only, and directly relevant to home owners. The policyholder has cover for mechanical / electrical failure or breakdown for all major appliances and electronics in their household; and the home warranty add-on protects you against losses which typically are not covered by HOC policies - household electrical and plumbing faults as well as gate and garage door motor failures. Please note however, that our traditional Innovation Domestic Appliance Warranty which has proven to be very popular for more than 30 years will still continue to be available.

Innovation Domestic Appliance Warranty

This warranty product covers the major appliance and electronics product categories e.g. DVD Player/Recorder and Dishwashers, offering unlimited free repairs for breakdowns or damage to the clients’ product during normal use with no hidden charges or excess payable. The price takes the form of a monthly premium.

Clients can now also elect to add cover on LCD’s and Plasma TV’s; as well as Replacement Cover on certain appliances, and also Lightning and Power Surge Cover.

The product delivers the best quality workmanship and pricing and offers the customer the following benefits:
  • Repairs to breakdowns or damage to the clients’ product during normal use.
  • Optional cover where the fault is due to lightning strikes & power surges.
  • Optional Replacement Cover - In the instance of an appliance or electronic item being un-repairable, an equivalent replacement will be made.
  • Unlimited number of repairs on covered items.
  • The service providers utilised are all authorized and certified.
  • Service levels are enforced by Innovation Maxicare, through strict Service Level Agreements.
  • Single point contact is offered through the call centre solution
  • Customer does have recourse in the event where he or she is not completely satisfied.
  • A three month warranty is offered on all Innovation Group repairs.
